What natural remedy can sooth pain?

I got in a car accident and my arm got injured. The muscles in my arm got pulled and I have continuous pain in my shoulder, elbow, bicep, and tricep. I don’t take pills so im looking for some kind of natural remedy. Preferably a soothing tea. Any suggestions?
