what are the most effective ways to strengthen your ankle?
everytime i type on google it always gives baby exercises for older people, I skate and may be sponsored in the next month or two and im 18 now and a while back got an ankle sprain and even though my ankles been in great condition now istill want to do more exercises and all that. I have a balance board and a few resistance bands. Is there a link or something where they show you the MOST effective workouts? thanks!
The most effective workout is jumping jacks, don’t laugh it’s true.
